Cancellation Policy
This policy covers all Magoro Smart Systems offerings: TradeIQ Mentor (Live), NEXACT (Available Now), Ketra Voice (Available Now — including Ketra Text), WattLink (In Development), and Vendo'ma (Available Now). Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund completed payments. This policy is PayFast compliant and aligned with South African consumer protection.
1. TradeIQ Mentor — How to Cancel
TradeIQ Mentor is a recurring monthly subscription in South African Rand (ZAR) via PayFast: Free R0/mo, Pro R299/mo, Elite R449/mo, Elite Prop R999/mo, Founding Member Pro R149/mo (first 50 qualifying members, enforced by payment system, spots shown live in Settings → Plan).
- Self-service: Sign in to TradeIQ Mentor → Settings → Plan → Cancel. Save the confirmation.
- Effective date: Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. No further recurring charges after that. Paid access continues until period ends.
- If self-service fails: Email support@magorosmartsystems.co.za with account email and PayFast transaction reference.
2. NEXACT — Service Cancellation
NEXACT is a done-for-you service, not just software. Pricing (source of truth per Terms): Starter R2,999 setup + R199/mo, Growth R5,999 + R399/mo (Most Popular), AI Business R9,999 + R799/mo (includes Ketra Voice Lite), Enterprise from R25,000+ custom.
- Monthly retainer: Starts at go-live, covers hosting, business email, security, speed, 1h updates (Growth), reports (AI Business), and support.
- Cancel anytime: Email support@magorosmartsystems.co.za. You keep your domain if paid. There is no client dashboard; we send you value reports on WhatsApp instead.
- Setup fees: Non-refundable once Identity Block (Gate 1) and Intake Protocol (Gate 2) have started, as work is performed. See Refund Policy.
3. Ketra Voice & Ketra Text — Add-ons and Standalone
Ketra Voice is available as NEXACT add-on or standalone: Ketra Text +R399/mo (R1,500 once-off setup; WhatsApp automation — messaging billed separately by Meta, no markup), Ketra Voice Starter +R899/mo (150 min/mo included, R3.50/min after) or Growth +R1,499/mo (400 min/mo included, R3.50/min after), each Ketra Voice plan with a R2,500 once-off setup that includes your phone number and call forwarding, or bundle NEXACT Growth + Ketra Voice Starter for R1,199/mo.
- Cancel add-ons via email to support@magorosmartsystems.co.za. Cancellation prevents next renewal. Minutes included do not roll over.
- WhatsApp conversations and call transcripts retained for 12 months to improve service, then deleted on request (see Data Deletion Instructions).
4. Vendo'ma
Vendo'ma has no fixed minimum term. Starter R1,499 setup + R399/mo, Growth R2,999 setup + R699/mo, Managed Concierge R1,499 setup + R1,999/mo.
- Cancel anytime: Email support@magorosmartsystems.co.za with your business name and invoice reference. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. No further charges after that, and the service continues until the period ends.
- What we do when you cancel: We disconnect our systems from your WhatsApp Business account, stop the AI agent replying, and delete the access credentials we hold for your account. You keep your WhatsApp Business account, your number, and your own content (logo, photos, product information).
- Managed Concierge: We stop handling catalog updates, price changes and promotions from the date cancellation takes effect.
- Setup fee: See our Refund Policy. Cancelling does not by itself refund a setup fee.
5. WattLink
WattLink is In Development — no recurring billing yet. When live, cancellation will follow the same end-of-period rule.
6. Renewal Timing — Recommendation for All Services
Submit cancellation well before next renewal date. Payment processing times and time zones may affect when charges are applied. Keep your cancellation confirmation and contact support if a renewal occurs after confirmed cancellation.
7. What Cancellation Does Not Do
- Does not reverse completed payments — see Refund Policy.
- Does not delete your account or personal data automatically — see Data Deletion Instructions and Privacy Policy.
- Does not cancel invoices that are already due.
- Does not limit non-excludable legal rights under South African consumer protection or electronic communications laws.
